1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets all of the following conditions:

No signs of wear, damage, modification, or use
Original packaging, manuals, and accessories included
Not marked as final sale or non-returnable
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been used, worn, or modified
Consumable or wearable parts once used
Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale
Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or maintenance
3. Defective or Incorrect Items

4. Return Process

Receive return approval and instructions
Ship the item back as instructed (tracking information required)
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
5. Shipping Costs
For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
